Coeur, bearing a phonetic and orthographic resemblance to the English word core, is French for heart. In my mind there was hence no better word than that to title my very first dessert collection – an assembly of creations that closely embody my sense of personal style. I’ve always been enthralled by a minimalist look marked with grace and a sense of tranquility.

When I think of ideas for a dessert I envision flashes of colour and shapes which eventually come to naturally settle on one another. These are the result of what I’ve been dreaming of lately, but have trying to bring to life for a while. I hope that you like them. Xx
